VERY disappointed. I received a gift certificate that was purchased in cash for my birthday last year. It got misplaced and when I found it, I realized it had expired recently. We were told by management that they would only honor half the value. The reason stated was they give away thousands of dollars in donated gift certificates to churches. 70$ down the drain for mani and pedi ...my feet look like garbage and no one has responded to my message I sent several hours ago! �
