Yesterday we bought our vehicle, a 2017 Equinox. Loved the welcoming atmosphere and the very helpful service from Brittanie and Graham, and also the seamless coordination between Financial, Insurance and getting our license exchanged so we could drive our new vehicle the same day. Brittanie was lovely, not pushy. Was obviously interested as us as people, not just another customer. This is our 3rd purchase from Galaxy.
I bought a Hyundai Kona this month from Galaxy, and the whole process was a great experience! Brittanie listened to me and found the right car for my needs. The Kona is a dream to drive, and it was a genius move on her part to let me drive the car home for the night and bring it back the next day- I was sold on it as I was driving it off the lot. Everyone at Galaxy treated me like a valued customer. I repeat: it was a great experience!
