One way they can improve is by selling working vehicles!!! We purchased an expedition through them and within that week the transmission went out!! adding a new member to our family (babyboy) and have no space for our whole family in our Altima. That car was purchased somewhere else thank goodness. So now we have no choice but to try and get our expedition fixed so we might be out thousands.
