I wanted to rent an apartment from them, but after reading the reviews, I realized that it was better not to do this.
Always remember to take pictures upon vacating your suite. Debbie Smith claimed there was Substantial Damage to The Suite, however launched a Hearing with The RTB where she was caught in Her Lies & was awarded my damage deposit in full. Karma has struck back as she is losing buildings & the office has moved from Portage Avenue to a Low Rent Office in a Strip Mall. Agree with the other posts, she is very Quick Tempered when caught in her lies.

The property owner Debbie Smith has a series mental disorder and will get violent towards tenants. Do be careful
