Exceptional! Excellent customer service, extremely prompt, responsive, punctual, professional, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. Can you ask for anything more?We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called Galaxy Lock & Key Store , and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. The lock was replaced at a reasonable charge and the locksmith was very helpful and professional. I would call them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
Total time to get our locks re-keyed, from my initial call to the locksmith departing, was only 90 mins. Wow, talk about fast! The ignition cylinder in my car was broken and wouldn't turn, preventing it from starting. After calling around, Paul by far sounded the most friendly & knowledgable, so I decided to give them try. James came in a short amount of time and was finished working in under an hour. He even had a great sense of humor and had me laughing while he worked. My husband and I moved into an older home and did not have all the keys to it; we needed to have our house re-keyed. After stupidly locking myself out of our bedroom, I called around and Galaxy Lock & Key Store was the most reasonably priced ($99.00) and available to come out within 20 min. He was able to unlock the door easily with a contraption I wish I owned. Offered to create a new key for the lock although I passed. Going to change the handle out for one that doesn't lock instead.
We had lost our mailbox key, and couldn't find it for a week, so I gave a call to Galaxy Lock & Key Store and they was able to come by after I got home from work, and was able to free our weeks worth of mail and replace our lock within 15 min.
