When my 84 year old father needed a new heating and air conditioning system in the beginning of July during the heat wave, I searched online for the best company and Galaxy heating and air was our first choice. Roberto and Fernando were awesome! They were professional, courteous, and stayed until the job was completed. Their work was clean, thorough, and completed with great attention to detail. Their pricing was also very competitive. We had a heat pump installed, and it has been working flawlessly. They even coordinate someone to meet with the final inspector with you, so you don't have to worry about that part of the process. Jesus came today to fix my mini split, and I’m very happy with the service. It was a very hard job, but he worked hard, stayed patient, and did a great job. This company gave me a very fair price, and it is hard to find a company these days with both a good attitude and reasonable pricing. Jesus is a very good worker, and I really appreciate his effort. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family, and I will call them again for any future air-conditioning problems.

All I want is to have a functioning, permitted HVAC system. This is what we were promised would happen when we hired Galaxy to install a new hybrid heat pump HVAC system. They said three days. That was March. It's now July. After much back and forth, the system is finally functional, but it's failed two inspections. I'm tired of calling to schedule new appointments and being promised call backs that never happen.
