This is a great company to work with. I also saved $85 because they don't charge a service call charge - friendly, quick, and will take the time to answer questions and explain what they are doing. I Would absolutely give my business to them again!
Jeramiah is awesome to deal with. He provides great customer service and his installations are timely, clean and he gets the job done right. I had Galaxy Door install a garage door for me they treated me with the up most respect and provided superior customer service. Garage door was failing (just in time for spring rain) So, I called Jeremiah at Galaxy Door- it's fixed-reasonable rate and he is such a nice guy! I'm sick and hadn't gotten around to sweeping out the garage and Jeremiah did it. Just to be nice! You don't get that kind of service everywhere
Great customer service. We called later in the evening and got a fast return call. They gave a few options over the phone. Galaxy showed up next day on time and was able to get my door operational with a temporary fix until parts were in to fix permanent. We highly recommend for great service, great price and honest recommendations on whats is or is not needed for repairs/replacement.
