I love galaxy I do I do but they did me wrong ! I ordered 3 new bundles of course cangulia (however you spell it) these are the thinnest bundles I’ve gotten from them. My wavy hair is much thicker. I called them & they said the strands are thicker. No it’s not I’m no fool. They gave me $25 gift card after I spent $950 with them. I’m soooo disappointed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my package was delivered next day. My stylist even asked if it was galaxy hair. SMH.

I love Galaxy 5000. I been buying from this company for at least 5 years give or take. This last batch of hair, I paid $480 for a 12 and 14, it's ok, but not what I normally get from Galaxy. It's more tangled and dry than last Curly hair purchase. I don't like it, but cost too much to take it out my head. This the first time, I ever had to leave a negative review.

HANNAH is dismissive and not attentive at her job. I waited an hour for a call back just to find out she was ignoring my calls by calling from a different number. Terrible customer service and now I don’t want to shop here.

I have always had a pleasant experience contacting galaxy 5000 also when I go over to pick up my hair. They’re professional they’re courteous they take the time to explain they give you their opinions and what more can you ask for and also my response time has always been adequate.

I love this place! Quality hair and superb customer service. Both Hannah and Adilisha were so sweet, knowledgeable and took there time answering my questions. They were so accommodating and Adilisha made sure I was happy with my purchase. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
