Jeremy is the best!!! He is responsive and smart and capable! He replaced out garbage disposal within 24 hours! Again, the best!
Jeremy was super responsive to my maintenance request! Showed up the next day to resolve my issue quickly and was very polite, even asking if there was anything else that needed to be looked at while he was there!

I lived in a studio here for about a year and a half, and I genuinely loved it. I needed to move for a job otherwise I'd still be there. The neighbors are friendly and not usually loud, there's nice amenities like a gym, bike storage rooms, and a dogwashing room. Really walkable for West Moreland neighborhood. Management is nice, and the maintenance team is responsive and helpful. The main downside is parking can be annoying, the underground garage usually has a waitlist and street parking gets really crowded at late hours. ... read more
I’ve enjoyed moving here. I have a beautiful view of Mt Hood. And I love how dog friendly this place is. Major shoutout to Danny and Jeremy. They both help make this place feel like a real home. They responsive to questions and super helpful.
