I had to take down my five stars. Juan was good with doing straightforward handyman repairs and painting. But is difficult to impossible to work with when more complex problem solving/troubleshooting is required. Becomes argumentative (even about comments/suggestions from other contractors) and is unwilling to make any adjustments or corrections.
Juan recently renovated our full bathroom and his work is incredible. He took the time to show us different design options and even met us at a few stores to help with color choices. The bathroom turned out better than we anticipated. This is our fifth home renovation using Juan and all have exceeded expectations. We plan to use him again. 10/10 recommend !

Highly recommend Juan and the folks at Galarza! We needed a few things done in our home (installing gutters, sealing up some cracks in the outer facade that were allowing water in, replacing shower door runners and sealing up cracking bathroom grout). Juan was extremely responsive. He came to offer us a quote and began work the very same day. He and his team were prompt, professional, effective, and kind. Will hire again!
