Non-existent customer service. The chair is fine and they were friendly selling it to me, but they refuse to offer any kind of technical support or customer service afterwards. I left 2 voice mails and sent 1 email - no response whatsoever. In my opinion this is the hallmark of a greedy, disorganized and narcistic company. Let the buyer beware.

There is a unique delight to feeling the warmth as my Apollo furniture heat ups on a cool day. It's so special to spend time with family and friends outdoors when we otherwise would need to retreat inside. I purchased this furniture to compliment an outdoor sauna and shower. Heated furniture is what dreams are made of. Yes it’s pricey but worth every cent. Just visited their SF showroom and so cool to see behind the scenes and sit in all of the models IRL

I am addicted to Galanter & Jones furniture. It started with two pieces and has quickly developed into five. I love how comfortable their pieces are, how they look sculptural, and how essential they are for the chilly SF weather. We enjoy our garden so much more with these pieces and recommend them to everyone. They’re beautiful and quickly warm up. I highly recommend them to everyone!
