i bought a mocha screen protector and case from here and then a few months later they were able to replace the screen for free. and the case cracked once and it was replaced for free!
Buster & Alan are so helpful and professional. They are so kind and they were quick to find solutions for me and my laptop. I was referred here through Apple Support online to get my battery replaced and I was skeptical at first, never having gone to a store that wasn't Apple itself, but it turned out to be a big blessing!
The old guy is rude. I would not recommend. He stood 10 to 15 minutes outside of his door to yell at construction workers about working in front of store. I’ve also walked passed this store a few times within the pass 2 years and I’ve seen multiple people storm out of there saying how bad the customer service is. I couldn’t imagine this establishment being helpful.
