My experience unfortunately was never good. My Dr was Llinas but hardly able to see her and was seen by Gala Paola Gonzales. The appointments were rushed and I never felt that my concerns were heard. I changed docs recently and getting the care I need. I hope that this was just my experience and that others receive excellent care from her.
I had an unpleasant experience visiting Gala at UHealth. I came for an annual physical and it was billed as an office visit instead of an annual physical, which should've been full covered through my insurance since it falls under preventative care. I was charged the $30 copay and had to call their billings department several times to get it credited, but still have not (almost 2 months later).
