I went to Gala Jewelers to have a repair done on my watch, both ladies (and I say that lightly) were rude. I bought an expensive pair of earings and never once did the lady look me in the eye. I left my watch there but the next day I received a phone call and was rudly told to pick it up that day, they were unable to fix my watch. I don't believe they even tried. When I picked up my watch again both ladies would not look me in the eye and never apologized.
Love all of their jewelry!!

They are always so helpful. Favorite small business to send the hubby to shop at for sure!
Went to buy a pandora bracelet and charm and the lady was very patient with me while I kept asking to see different charms. I love that place, very professional. I have gotten many pandora bracelets and charms there . Always recommend to everyone
