The service was beautiful at the Shady Grove Medical Center volunteer Lunch Holidays Celebration. From the outside checking point to the dining room. Excellent * * * * *

We were in town for a wedding and the reception was at the hotel. We stayed 3 days and the hotel staff were super friendly and helped us immediately with any need. All our rooms were available early and were very nice and comfortable. The reception itself was spectacular even though it was the second of the day. The views of the lake were beautiful. The walking path and adjoining boardwalk were definitely an asset. I would highly recommend this hotel.

front desk person had no idea of where I could charge my phone, DUH found it by the PCs, simply poor customer service
