These apartments are run down and outdated. Built in the 70’s and still look like it. Owner hasn’t stuck any money in keeping up with apartment complex and it shows. Once you see the buildings and apartments you’ll see just what I’m stating. Inside apartments you’ll see ugly beat up wood paneling, worn out carpet and bathrooms entire need of remodeling.
