I joined this gym back in June and I have to say that my life has completely changed because of it. The community is small but feels like home, because the classes max out at 6 people. It’s big enough to motivate you to work out with other people, but small enough for the coaches to pay close attention to your form. Gainz has amazing instructors and is always a great workout. The people here are great and the classes are small, which allows you to get a lot of attention. I love coming here!
Obsessed with their small group training sessions. The coaches are knowledgeable and focus on form. The classes are all 6 people of fewer so it feels like personal training sessions.
So fun coming to the boxing conditioning! Highly recommend Jenni but all instructors are awesome.
Love this place and the trainers. Lots of different classes with amazing trainers that care and will push you more than you think you’re capable of. Highly recommend!
