Honor appointments or at least have the decency to say you’re running behind. 45 minute drive, 2 hour wait and nothing but ask if he would like to come back. No, don’t think so.

Will not respond to any messages or calls. poor customer service and only seem to pick and choose who they do business for. They're only good for window tinting.
Disappointing. I called and was given a quote for items and service. Scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I came to the appointment, after a long drive and arranging childcare, and was told that I had been MISQUOTED.... and the reason I wasn't notified was because they LOST my information. The manager was apologetic, but was unwilling to meet me even halfway between the incorrect quote and the amount it was "supposed" to be. They lost my business and I will definitely not recommend them to anybody else.

I have been getting my vehicle’s windows tinted at Lam’s since I was in high school. They always do a great job! Just recently had to have the front strip done on my windshield. As always the team at Lam’s was super nice and got me in and out super quick! Thanks guys!
Great service and turnaround. I’ve given lam five cars to work on over the years and find the quality is excellent and easy to work with and costs are fair. Highly recommend for window tinting, sunroof repairs and wheels for your auto!!
