I ordered a flower arrangement that was supposed to have roses in it for my daughters birthday. I assume they would’ve put them in but when she brought the arrangement home when she had to leave Gainesville and there was not one Rose, I called to complain but they’re saying oh well there’s only suppose to have one rose well the picture shows a lot of roses. I will never order here again. What a rip off. If only I would’ve looked at the reviews first I would’ve never ordered there. I learned a lesson

My boyfriend ordered what appeared to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day. When they arrived, the flowers were damaged, it was half the size that was advertised, and it looked as though half the flowers were missing. The customer service was HORRIBLE- we called 3 times and no one picked up the phone and when he went in person to get a refund, they refused to give the money back. They said they would give replacement flowers...but their flowers are such poor quality...why get more ugly flowers?

I was afraid from others reviews but already paid But my experience was amazing and the flowers was great and new I gave them 5/5 and i recommend to deal with them Thank you so much
