Dr. Hackett is truly a great practitioner and human being. He is very compassionate and caring. I've been seeing him for the past 6+ years. He listens, gives you the time needed to explain your situation and truly is concerned for your wellbeing. His staff is super efficient and I get urgent appointments on the same day. His new office is really nice and getting labs is so easy now! Give him a try, you will be very pleased.
I had an appointment with Dr. Turkington today at 5:30 PM, her nurse called to change that because she had to leave earlier. Total disregard for my needs. This is not a compassionate physician she is in only for the $$$$$$$$. How sad.
Love this practice, especially Dr. Jason Hackett! He dx'd my thyroid disorder on my first visit by ordering two extra lab tests which no GP doctor in the past 10 years had thought to do. He referred me to an endocrinologist and we are fine tuning my meds and dosages. I'm feeling better than I have in years thanks to him.
While Kathy Baker CFNP is awesome, their office policies are less than professional. When the office hours state they open at 8am, I find it beyond frustrating that they don't answer the phone until "8:30 or so" according to the young man who was working the desk. WTF???
Been going there since they open and Dr Susan Turkington is the best and once your a patient there they can and will get you in .
I did really like them and my wife was a patient for 8 years. The doctor she had left and now the other doctors will not come to the home. They have all the kowledge of my wifes illness but now I have to have another doctor treat her when she is in a critical stage of Lewy Body Dementia with parkinsonism.
