I’d stay away from this practice. It’s clear they are revenue focused and not customer focused. When I called to discuss my concern both the practice manager and my doctor were condescending, rude, and did not listen to my concern about an unnecessary office visit/bill. Only been coming here for a couple months. Providers are really good. Only complaint, one front desk girl NEVER smiles, never greets you, always seems mad at the world and puts me in a bad mood the moment I walk in the door. Not welcoming at all.... may want to consider some front desk training/customer service training.
Have been going to this practice for 10yrs or more the whole staff is great from the ladies in the front office (Debbie is so sweet) , Katrina Dr. Sigmon’s nurse is so warm, patient & understanding I can’t say enough kind things about Dr. Sigmon & Dr. Hackett , the whole staff there is amazing if your looking for a practice to build a long term relationship with for your healthcare needs you won’t find a better provider

Dr Hackett has taken excellent care of me and my family for years!! He’s patient and caring and Kind. Favorite memory: first time he met my boys (then 4 and 6 yrs old) they were playing “the floor is lava” while we waited. When he came into the exam room they told him and he immediately jumped right up onto the exam table yelling about how hot it was!!!! ��� Great family doctor. Couldn’t recommend more highly. �
Since the practice has moved the service has gone straight down hill. They book appointments and don't tell you about them so they can charge the $50 no show fee. More worried about the money than being a great practice. DO NOT use this doctor's office. Got the bill so high one time my insurance provider called and asked me questions about every test.
