Worth the Drive We moved to Culpeper last year and will continue to go to Sporting Smiles. My kids love it there. It's worth the hour drive!

first visit was Fantastic! This was our first visit to this office having just moved to the area. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Both of my daughters loved the staff and the doctor. They even had their nails painted after their cleanings! We are so happy to have found this office and would highly recommend them!
Always an enjoyable experience! My daughter was nervous and cried a bit, but the staff was so patient and understanding. They talked to her about her day and took their time to calm her nerves. They polished her nails and definitely eased her anxiety. Always a pleasant experience here!!
