Placed order for spare key. Never contacted me to pick up. Had to call then drove 45 mins to find out there was an additional fee for key program double the price of what I was quoted over the phone. Over 400$! Very rude staff will never take my vehicle for service. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They charge 2x the price for the same OEM AC Delco transmission filter you can get at any parts store
Sold me touch up paint that was matched by my VIN. When used per the instructions the paint did not match mine whatsoever, in fact it made the very small scratch stand out even more. I was then told I couldn't refund it or switch it to a different paint pen due to it being used.
