I had good experiences here, but recently learned that they will turn away emergency patients based on human bias. Incredibly unprofessional. I no longer feel comfortable giving my money to this business.
The lack of compassion shown by your company to a former employees furbaby because of feelings that you harbored against her speaks volumes. You allowed her cat LuLu, to endure an additional day of what must have been excrutiating pain from a spiral fracture tells me that you aren't in this for the animals...shame on you. For future reference, if you tell someone that you're going to do something, just do it.
What a great place! In difficult moments they handled everything incredibly well to include my children's concerns and questions. Great experience!
