Had my car towed to Volkswagen after it broke down. I asked a few times if it could be the alternator, but they assured me it was just the battery. After poor dealings with Vancouver Polestar, I couldn't imagine purchasing another vehicle from them. Honestly, I am not sure how ghosting and ignoring customers will get you anything but a closed and failed business. If I treated my customers this way, I would be fired.
