Not a friendly staff. They almost all seem to dislike their job pretty heavily.
Thank you Dr. Gailor for being so patient with our Diamond today� I'm glad you finally witnessed her anxiety and was able to determine what was going on and help her as well as make us feel better. It's been a stressful 24 hours but we think she may finally be settling down. Thank you again�

I took my baby Esabella there today because she was coughing pretty bad. When I called which was about 4:30 p.m. they told me to bring her on in. Not having an appointment, I expected to wait a long time and have subpar service. I was pleasantly surprised. Our baby was treated with excellent care and we were home by 6. Because they thought she might be contagious, they had us wait in the car where she was triaged and treated by Dr. Gaylor himself. Gailor Animal Hospital is the best vet around. I have several animals and have had to have 3 emergency visits and Dr Gailor has taken care of everything. He and his staff not only show compassion but also show that they really care. Dr.Gailor replaced both of my Great Dane mixes ACLs. She is able to run and play like a champ because of him. His staff worked so very hard to find out what was wrong with my kitten and they finally made him better. Have been using Gailor for years. Called for a grooming appointment and was told the groomer they have doesn’t groom dogs over 50 Ibs. My dog is approximately 55lbs. Wish they had a 2nd groomer who was capable of handling dogs over 50lbs. I asked for a recommendation and explained I had tried another groomer in the area but dropped my dog off at 8:30 and we didn’t get to pick my dog up until 7pm.
