I can’t tell you how awesome the staff Kristen, Angie, Kelly and the other girls that I don’t know their names. Dr. Gailor and Dr. Herre are wonderful. My cat Maggie was very sick and both doctors did everything they could but her little heart give up. It sure wasn’t without giving it everything they could. I trusted them to help me through the process of finding a new home for my dog, who wasn’t a good fit for our family. We wanted to be a part of the process of finding a new home for him that would be able to better meet his needs and give him more time to be active. Knowing this, they gave the dog to a family that I knew nothing about, without giving me any notice or even notifying me for hours after. The dog was still legally mine, and they didn’t give me, my boyfriend, or his child the opportunity to say goodbye to him.
They have taken care of my mix breed dog & treated us like she is a queen. The staff make over each time we go in. One of the Doctors there has called me after surgery several times for a follow up & has always taken the time to answer all of my questions.
So very nice and comforting when needed! Everyone is so helpful! ❤️
