Susan is a talented designer and has an excellent team to support her. Our large bay window gave her a large challenge but she rose to the occasion and surpassed expectations. She created a one of a kind window treatment that looks like it goes with the room perfectly. We are beyond thrilled with how she helped complete the look of the room. Susan did drapery and vertical blinds for my condo living room. She is such a wonderful designer, so professional, so knowledgeable and really nice woman. I have a small condo but she gave me the same care as a larger home. Susan is very personable and professional, with a good eye and good ideas. Her workroom did a great job remaking some draperies into a new drape and 2 valences. The installer was skilled and professional as well. I would definitely recommend Susan and use her again!
We had an excellent experience with Susan Gailani & Associates! We selected Susan Gailani & Associates to install custom drapes in our living and dining rooms, and we could not be happier with the results. Susan took the time to go over every detail to match our décor, showing us a wide range of fabrics and designs. The quality of the fabrics was top-notch! Additionally, the installer was great; he was efficient, neat, and meticulous.
