Reliable͏ and responsive Gail was a pleasure to work with, responding quickly by text to any inquiries and accommodating frequent showings for our rental property. We ultimately achieved a good outcome (new tenant) with little burden on us as the landlords through the process. We would definitely use Gail again.

Buyers͏ - You are in good hands! Gail is heads and shoulders above the rest. She listens, she understands, she gives it to you straight, and she CLOSES. She answered our calls and texts 24/7 and held our hands throughout the entire process. Her market knowledge, experience and network are top notch, and she also had name/brand recognition with listing agents which I believe helped us look like better buyers in a highly-competitive sellers market. To top it all off, she’s a great human being and now a friend for life.
