Terrible. She is incompetent. She did not order my full blood panel so I had to go twice and do blood work. Once all the blood work as done she did not call in my thyroid prescription so I spent over 90 minutes on the phone trying to get my prescription called it while I was at the pharmacy. My 27 year old daughter went to her for allergies and she ordered an HIV test. She is a medical malpractice lawsuit ready to happen.
Why would a office over the phone set up an appointment and to be able to set that appointment take all my information, including my insurance information just for me to come in for my appointment to see my primary doctor and then For the lady in the check-in to tell me, they don’t accept my assurance and if I wanted to see the doctor today, it would be a self pay of $300 Make that make sense how would I set up an appointment if you don’t Take my insurance?? Gail Rattigan is the best. She truly cares about your health as a person. I could not ask for anyone better. She goes above and beyond. Wish I had found her years ago.
