Howard needs to address the unprofessional their workers have. My doctor left Howard and I was assigned to another doctor who doesn’t service people under 65. I got in contact with Dr. Kerr’s office and had an appointment scheduled for October, I recieved a call from them 2-3days before saying my appt was canceled and pushed back to February. I just read a bad review regarding Dr Kerrr canceling an appointment that had been made months prior and the same thing has just happened to me! Made the appointment in March for September. I called to double check that everything was ok with my appointment, after reading the previous review, and was told that my appointment was cancelled a month ago! I hated to even give this Dr the one star. My sister has been waiting to see this Dr for almost over a year. The reason for this is because the Dr keep rescheduling. Once the staff said the Dr herself was ill which is understandable but after waiting for so very long she final gets an appt and when she gets there the number that was given to her for her Primary Dr to send her referral was incorrect and the receptionist told her they don't call other Dr for referrals...
