RecommendedNichelle has been a lifesaver! This is my 2nd pregnancy and I've dealt with quite a bit of pain and discomforts this time around. She has gone above and beyond to send resources, check in when necessary, and support me during this pregnancy to make it as easy as possible. She is kind, knowledgeable, and such a great resource to have on your team for birth. Couldn't recommend her more!
I came in what some lower back pain. Nichelle was able to look at my lifestyle and activities as a whole and pinpoint the weak areas that were causing the pain. She gave me practical, daily strength work that was realistically doable while allowing me to continue with all my other activities. I am now pain free and so much stronger overall. Couldn't recommend her care more!
Nichelle is extremely knowledgeable in her trade and specialty in prenatal care and postpartum recovery. I have seen many practitioners for the majority of my life and she impressed me right away. She knew what I needed on a personal level and what kind of work my body needed. She greatly improved he quality of my pregnancy.
Can't say enough amazing things about how Nichelle shows up for each and every one of my clients before and after birth. She spends quality time to help each birthing person prepare for birth the best that they can. She is such a blessing for our community and works wonders with newborns and children too!
I first met Dr. Nichelle Gurule at a mom's group. She was so passionate about postpartum care for moms and gave us a lot of good tips. I was 2 months postpartum and still having discomfort so I decided to go see her. Within a few weeks I saw drastic changes in my body. She truly cares about her patients and is great at what she does. I love that she follows up each appointment with an email so you know exactly what to do.
I had been looking for quality chiropractic care for a while so I was thrilled when my doula recommend Nichelle. I recieved chiropractic adjustments and excellent stretching and strengthening exercises during the last 4 months of my pregnancy and now she is helping me with postpartum rehab. Dr. Nichelle is amazing. I’m a SAHM to a 2 year old and 5 month old and my mid back goes out A LOT. Nichelle was recommended to me by my doula and I’m never going back to a traditional chiropractor (i.e. a 2-minute crack ‘em and charge ‘em type) again. I can’t say enough good things about Gaia Health! I’ve been seeing Nichelle for several years and my adjustments always improve my health and/or make my body feel better. This year in particular I saw her during my twin pregnancy (which was no walk in the park) and I felt so much better after adjustments and body work. Now my twin girls are going to her as well! It’s so great to have such a knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging chiropractor who specializes in prenatal and postpartum care.
