Just unprofessional. Took weeks to get an appointment. Test results lost 3rd time. The Dr. was very cold, crossed arms, crossed legs, totally uninterested in my child, & even less interested in my child's symptoms. Spoke disparagingly of my Pediatrician. My child had to redo the referring blood work at Quest. She told us to set up an account through the Nemours website & use that to check on her evaluation of the results, which were similar, but then this Dr just never responded.
We absolutely LOVE Dr. Gagliardi! She is patient and kind, and explains everything. She answers every question thoroughly. She is great with my 7yo son and speaks directly to him in terms he can understand, and never talks down to him. Office staff is fantastic and my son in always happy to visit!
