Woke up to no heat and 22 degrees. My kids and I were freezing cold. Called around and Gagles was booked but they said they wouldn't go home without getting someone there to help. They arrived at 7pm, and had the part I needed. My bill was less than $200!! I will never use anyone else. The relief of my kids being warm and still having money to buy groceries has me adding Gagles to my prayer list of gratitude.
Stay Away From This Company I've had negative experiences in my interactions with Gagle's, as did my close friend when he worked for them. Their reputation for being over-priced is well deserved, and you certainly would not want to subject yourself to the rude and unprofessional individuals there. I would not recommend them to anyone, for any reason. Consider one of the many reputable companies in the area and steer very clear of this company.
Call Gagles for your HVAC needs Very professional - very reasonable. They came out because another HVAC company could not seem to fix a problem at our business. They had been trying to fix it for close to 2 years. Gagles came out, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and had it fixed in a total of 3 hours. Over Priced 2 words... OVER PRICED! Their only customers are the ones that don't shop around.
A/C good... Plumbing... not so good. I used Gagle's to install A/C, furnace and air filter in my home and was pleased. I then used their plumbing services to unplug a toilet. The toilet had to be removed and then re-seated after a seal was replaced. Plumber did not replace seal when he 'missed' on the first 'set', causing a leak which wasn't discovered until several months later. By then, I had to replace drywall, etc.. (leaked downstairs) and when I called and told them, they would do nothing for me ( to rectify the error )... read more
