In this day & age...this doctor is a treasure! I first met with Dr. Gaglani in 2006 regarding a sudden discovery of a nut-allergy in a family member, then just a 3 year old. We were very impressed with the Doctor's very thorough assessment and diagnosis. After many years of a life in a protective-bubble, living in different cities, seeing a couple of other doctors, we returned to Austin, and back to Dr. Gaglani's office to make yet another assessment of all environmental and food allergies. Dr. Gaglani and staff are amazing! I've been dealing with allergists on and off for about 14 years now, and Dr. Gaglani is one my favorites. Very friendly, let me decide on my preferred treatment strategy (after being thoroughly told about options), and fast to respond to requests, calls, etc. I had a few instances where Dr. Gaglani and staff went above and beyond in my patient care.
