Less start by saying I really do understand the need to screen people but when you have 4 people who have to put up $50 per app fees one who is a retired nurse who takes care of a retired man and take care of her special needs son and I work in the power industry that is gone out of town most of the time we drove 2 HR just to look at the house I miss a day of work just to be told that we didn't fit the point system a $500 mistake on my part..no I wouldn't recommend using this rental company to anyone...
