Food was great, service was good.
Service has much to be desired. Slow...waitress must have been new. She could not service but one thing at a time.
Well disappointed. 35 minutes and not even a piece of bread due to the delay. Five tables came in after it was not crowded. The food was above average. We’ve been here before but had pizza both times without delay. I know they have a take out service maybe cooks are too dedicated to that service. It’s not the service staff it’s the cooks. I won’t give up on this restaurant yet
Food is great ! Love chicken picatta and penne all vodka but service sucks !! Waited for 10 mins at the table had to ask for the menu waited another 10 mins for someone to ask me what I wanted to drink ! Waiters are not organized running all over the place not acknowledging the customers who are waiting!
We go there it for take-out at least once a month. Food and service is exceptional.
When catering a big event, planning a small party, or picking up a pizza for a weeknight dinner, Gaetano's has always been and will continue to be an integral part of every family celebration. Absolutely the best pizza - and the nicest people - ever! Thank you!
I have been going here since they opened!! I am a New Yorker, and Gaetanos is THE BEST ITALIAN COMFORT FOOD ANYWHERE!! My fave is the veal sorantino..But EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!! Best Italian food imho in the entire US. And I have tried hundreds...Jack
