Dr. Zanelli is absolutely fantastic. I was impressed by his kindness and frank demeanor. My IPL results were stunning. With dermatology, like dentistry, it's critical to find someone who is knowledgeable AND honest. He went over the risks of any procedures, told me common side effects, and even gave me different samples to try, with no pressure to buy. Amazing hands! Dr. Zanelli recently treated me with Botox, and I could not be more thrilled! He asked me specifically what I wanted corrected and he delivered. The result: precise, natural looking and very smooth. I’ve been receiving neurotoxin injections for 17 years—this was not my first rodeo—so I am uniquely qualified in assuring anyone reading this review they will not be disappointed making an appointment with Dr. Zanelli. He also has a wonderful bedside manner, his office is beautiful and his staff is welcoming.
