Gaetano’s Vault is hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to — and I mean that wholeheartedly. From the moment I walked in, everything was absolutely perfect. I ordered the mac and cheese with chicken, and wow — it completely blew me away. Rich, creamy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with tender chicken. Went for dinner with 2 other people.myself and another had the New York strip. Disappoint with the size and quality of the meat for the price. The other gentleman had chicken picatta with spaghetti. He sai his meal was good. Had a nice salad bar, but that was extra. Very nostalgic place. I would try it one more time, but not ordering steak.
