Worst customer service ever. Nobody checks their emails and all the phone numbers they have listed for customers to call do not work. There is no follow ups on customers or potentional customers whatsoever. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

Omar the salesperson was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was looking at had some serious issues with the transmission and was very dirty on the outside. I wasn't able to complete the test drive for fear of the vehicle leaving me stranded somewhere down the road.

The vendor who showed me the truck was very friendly and polite. When I spoke with the finance manager to talk about the price, I told him I had checked the price on Kelly Blue Book and it was lower than what they had. He just responded that they used a different source to set the price. The thing is he did not negotiate the price, not even one cent. It looked like they didn’t want my bussines. Don’t think I will be back in the future.
