RecommendedI've always had a good experience here. My 4 year old even likes Dr. Nagji and he's usually scared of doctors. He's a great doctor and his nurse is super sweet too. I love that the clinic is open 7 days a week, I can call after hours and speak with a nurse, and I can go to my kids patient portal and send e-mails or request appointments.
The waiting room was nasty. And the nurse put the needles in the back of the table the child was laying on. I would not take anyone to this office. It’s a germ farm! So glad my kids don’t use them. I went with a friend who is now changing dr because of all this.
Holiday hours posted would be very helpful to patients. I drove all the way to Rainbow City to see a paper on the door posting the closing. I had to turn around and drive back to the Gadsden office. In this day and age of technology, that is unacceptable customer service.

The office manager did not file my ins and I was sent a bill. When I called about it she told me I was a horrible adult for not paying my bills when in fact its her fault for not filing ins. My ins company(United health care) informed her if she did not file ins correctly within 3 days they would drop all patients from gadsden peds. I then recieved a letter stating all my children could no longer come back. My daughter has Trisomy 18 & is disabled & must be held in place while proceedures are done. They allowed both parents back to keep our daughter calm & I helped hold her in place. They were very nice & understand the importance of a fathers role as well as mom's. They were fast & proficient. Office was very clean. They also give info on how to deal with our daughters dental care. I'm recommending them for your dentistry needs for your children..
