The guy told us to go get the 2 vehicles we were going to use as trade-ins, so we did because we only lived minutes away. When buying a used car from then, they tried to sneak in a 3 year 36k miles bumper to bumper warranty. The salesman said "we are adding that in". I asked how much it cost and he said it was $3. While looking at the purchasing contract it showed $2,600 for it. When asked he acted shocked that it was there. He went and asked the finance guy (so he said). GADDIS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP After 2-1/2 weeks of them being in possession of my Jeep to replace a bad fuel pump they have so far costing $741-- Communicated with me NONE Scratched My Car Door Dinged my rear quarter pannel Drained my battery to the point it will not hold a charge by leaving the hood up on it and letting the hood light drain my battery. Initial repair order #****** was written with a customer complaint of “engine has long crank”. On 6/4/18 diagnosis work was done and it was determined that the fuel pump located inside the fuel tank was running, but was not producing enough pressure to fire the engine. Quote was given as follows: $467 for pump, $32.69 tax, $311.50 for labor to remove rear drive shaft, heat shields and fuel tank, install new part and install all removed parts.
