Terrible!! Noisy and pricey. Save your money and go to a Cost Cutter or some similar chain if you need a hair cut that doesn't require much skill. this chain doesn't appear to have any interest in building a returning clientele and the hair stylists (I have tried 3 different ones) demonstrate no skill in styling hair or understanding of what customer service is. Talking about what you want to get for lunch with another stylist while you have a client is so unacceptable!!!
