Dr Gacek and his staff are amazing! He is highly intelligent, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for his patients. he takes his time with his patients, and strives to get to the root cause of the problems, so that he can treat them. With medication & treatments- he has greatly reduced the pitch, tone, and volume of my tinnitus & is managing my vertigo and vestibular neuritis well.
After being seen in this office, i am confident i will not be returning. I went in for muffled hearing in my right ear and what feels like fluid back up. I was seen by one nurse but I was not asked any questions pertaining to my ear, I was asked if I got dizzy or if I'd sway when I walked. I was sent back to the waiting area then another nurse comes to take me to have a series of audio test afterwards the nurse looks in my ear obviously not finding anything. Doctor Gacek and his team are AMAZING!!!! I drive all the way from gulf Shores to see him! I feel very comfortable with him and have just recently come to know his son Michael Gacek who is helping me with my ear issues! The apple does not fall far from the tree! Michael was kind and professional and very thorough at his difficult job!!! Hats off to the Gacek Family/team! Top shelf!!
I was referred to Dr. Gacek In about 2008. I was diagnosed with Meniers ‘s disease. I was put through all the test. Put steroids in my left ear which did nothing!! After a few years of no changes he wanted to repeat the test. I said no. IF you asked him a question he would raise his voice loud. One of the Worst experience Worst doctor ever I have had.
