I called for HVAC summer tune up and I was quoted $114 for the service. GAC personnel Edmond Mo flipped two switches on my HVAC. No other services were provided other than checking the parameters on the HVAC. He demanded $340 to which I objected; I believe flipping two switches should be part of maintenance and does qualify for $226 extra payment. Horrible. Broken hvac pvc adapter. $115 house call, technician said $650 some dollars to “rebuild line.” Not including house visit. So $775 plus parts. I knew what the issue was, I was just afraid to attempt it myself. When I asked what rebuilding the line entailed, he said replacing the broken part. Stephen was my sales representative. Ignacio S. and Kameron C. did the installation. Kristina is the call center representative, Destiny and Monica are the install representatives. My experience with GAC was great! Stephen was very professional, understanding to my needs of what I wanted and polite, Ignacio S. and Kameron C. arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and answered my questions.
