We recently purchased a home where Gabriella Fracchia served as the listing agent. We were disturbed to find within 48 hours of closing and key transfer that either Gabriella or the sellers had let themselves in to remove things they forgot in the garden in the rear with house keys that had not been turned over. We don't care about the items, but for the fact that it constitutes robbery. This is the most unsettling experience imaginable as a new buyer and we would never wish it on anybody else.
