Gabriele helped me sell my house in Florida (my Dad passed away and we were selling the house for probate). I am located in Connecticut and she was my eyes and ears in Florida. She communicated with me constantly and handled any and all issues that I needed taken care of at the house. I never had to go to Florida and closed on 6/30/2021. I could not have asked for a better realtor. She is smart, dedicated and an EXTREMELY hard worker.

Our daughter Rebecca and family were selling their home in Colorado and wanted my husband and I to find them a home here in Punta Gorda. Rebecca found Gabriele, (thank God). Gabriele was wonderful. After speaking with Rebecca and her husband Michael on the phone numerous times, Gabriele seemed to know what they wanted and needed more so than my husband and I. Gabriele was an amazing influence on our decision to buy the house we bought and in the area we bought it. We love our house! We are new to Fl and she helped us stay focused on what we were looking for in a house while staying aware of potential issues with some of the homes we walked into.
