Don't choose her as your surgeon, she doesn't control pain post operatively! She also talked to me about what procedure I had requested before surgery and we signed consent for that particular procedure. I woke up after surgery and found out she had taken liberty to perform more procedures than I signed for. I was so furious and in crazy amounts of pain. I had to take an extra 2 weeks unpaid off of work because she wanted more money than the procedure I signed up for and she agreed to perform. I have never dealt with such a ... read more

She’s amazing! So sweet
Dr Vargas is awesome. Very through. Very caring, takes extra time to make sure you understand the treatment plan. She is so nice and makes you feel at ease on such a difficult area of the body to treat. I could not ask for a better doctor to treat my fistula and chrones.
