If I could give her 0 stars I would. Her know it all attitude affects the way she treats her patients. I went to her for a procedure that can be very uncomfortable as a woman. She is seeing most patients in their most vulnerable state. As a woman she should understand that some procedures can feel like an invasion of our privacy. As people below have noted in their reviews on RateMD, Ms. Dela Riva has horrible beside manner. As I explained my symptoms to her (over video call, because COVID-19) and what I believed could be an issue, she was visibly annoyed, snapped at me, cut me off, and then gaslighted me by telling me that she knew that I was upset but I needed to calm down or let her speak.
