I had a problem with my front tooth. My dentist office was closed for July 4th and I was going out of town. Dr. Gabriel Villena was the emergency dentist for my dentist. He took care of my tooth and got me on my way. He is a very nice dentist. His staff are awesome as well.

Good advice given by hygenist to focus more on brushing gums than the teeth and methodology of flossings and brushing back of front lower teeth where plaque builds up! Also impressed with front desk having knowledge of work that needs to be done on crowns, along with pricing, as I walked out the door - without being pushy... Also glad to see the updated communications put in place for electronic reminders and emails. All good steps forward!

Chairside denture relining taken in @ time of appt. assessment of denture fit, closure was good, except @ back of dentures. I lost approximataly 100 pounds since dentures were made in 2012. Starting with Shingles on my tongue. For 3 weeks I could only tolerate room temperature water, no solid or liquid juices/soups. It was at least 6 months before food had any taste. I chose not to regain the lost weight and have continued to lose about at 1 pound per week. The nerves in my lower jaw have been causing me a lot of jaw pain la... read more

Dr Villena, provided a good service for the work our family needed. However, there was a dispute with one of the bills and the Office Manager / Receptionist, Cindy was rude and non-professional. Would not let you speak with Dr. and would hang up on you expressing these where instructions from the the Dr. she would call back to back. after speaking with her the day before. Service is Good from the dentist. However, the Office Manager/Receptionist can become rude and non-professional.

Dr. Villena did a GREAT job for me! He has a great wealth of knowledge and presents it in a very professional manner. He matched the color of the implant and the whole process went very well. The only thing that I could say that could use impovement would be his office being out of network with my insurance and that it is tuff to get back in to see him for after care.
